VENDOR SECTION

You are requesting a vendor space, but is not guaranteed until you are approved.
Once the committee reviews your information and it's approved then your card on file here will be charged. There are no refunds once the card is charged. You will receive a confirmation email within a few days of completing this registration. Be aware your card will be charged without notice if approved quickly.
Location of your booth will be placed based on the booth size requested and the type of vendor registered. This will allow the committee to map out the vendor room properly.
2025 vendor booths were 10ft wide x 8ft deep (80 sq ft) for $235 each.
2027 has a new layout adding ballroom C & D to ballrooms A & B - so vendor spaces are a bit larger in size.
Please be flexible in your needed booth size, as requests come in, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
We are limiting the number of vendors to no more than 50. (There were 52 in 2025)
Once map is completed, you will receive a copy of map, where you can request any changes, we will do our best to accommodate if possible.
Vendors MUST setup on Wednesday, May 12th between 9am-9pm at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. You MUST stay setup and open for sales throughout the event. Vendor room opens to customers on May 13th at 9am. Tear down will be Sunday, May 16th at 3pm - no sooner. There will be breaks each day where the vendor room is closed and locked to allow vendors to leave and get a meal or take a break. See event schedule on website for daily vendor hours and breaks. Any vendor that leaves early without notice to Owner (Liz Ruch) will forfeit their opportunity to be a vendor at future events.
