SWAG ITEMS FOR TOTE BAGS

DONATE SWAG ITEMS FOR THE TOTE BAGS - we need 600 individual items for the bags - please describe item if possible - or choose items from our wishlist. This is a great way to promote your business . The items you place in the bag can have your logo and contact information. 

We are not taking printed paper items. Those should be printed in the souvenir handbook as an advertisement, like business cards or coupons or flyers. We can include them in tote bags only if a trinket or item is attached to the paper. 

The tote bag items need to be ready to place in bags, we are not assembling anything. We MUST have 600 pieces for 600 bags, so 600 pens or 600 hand sanitizers. No duplicate items from multiple donors preferred.

We can order the items for you and place your logo/contact information on the items.  Or we can send you suggestions on where to buy the items.  We will also take a cash donation of $450 or more to place your logo on an item we already plan to place in the swag bags - we will provide options that fit your budget.

All items must be directly shipped to Liz Ruch (address will be provided) or must be at the Gatlinburg Convention Center by 9am EST on Wednesday May 12th to be placed in tote bags in time.

FUNDRAISER DRAWING ITEM DONATION

The fundraiser drawing raises money for two charities: The Smokey Mountain children's home and Toys for Tots. Representatives for each organization will be in attendance at the Banquet to accept the donations. We hope to have several items that attendees are able to use in their business. Please provide items or gift cards that are retail value of $50 or more, along with a description and value of the item. We need those items by 5pm on Wednesday, May 12, 2027 in the Gatlinburg Convention Center. If item needs to be shipped, please let us know and we can provide an address.
